A Palestinian-American youth after completing 270 days in imprisonment by Israel without charge gained freedom.
The teenager Mohammed Ibrahim was 15 during his detention last February throughout the West Bank territory, during a family visit from his Florida home accused of stone-throwing against settlement residents, claims he consistently denied.
The US state department expressed satisfaction with the teenager's freedom.
Mohammed, now 16, was taken to hospital upon gaining freedom, family members reported.
Family described him as pale, underweight, while battling health issues acquired while detained.
Through an official statement, Mohammed's uncle conveyed their "tremendous relief".
Zeyad Kadur said the family had been "living a horrific and endless nightmare" throughout the past nine months.
"Currently, we're concentrating on getting Mohammed prompt healthcare necessary for his recovery after experiencing Israel's abuse and inhumane conditions for months."
The state department said it would continue to extend consular services to Mohammed's family.
{"US government authorities gives utmost importance to the protection and welfare of US citizens"," officials stated.
A group of American legislators endorsed a document to US authorities and President Donald Trump, requesting additional efforts for his freedom.
Mr Ibrahim, with four children who runs an ice cream business from Florida, previously claimed his son only confessed about rock throwing due to physical abuse.
The father hadn't visited nor direct contact since the arrest, receiving updates exclusively regarding the treatment via legal paperwork.
Mohammed was held without charge in Ofer prison in the West Bank.
It is also home to mature inmates, some of whom have been convicted regarding severe security violations and homicide.
There are around several hundred young Palestinian detainees detained within Israeli facilities, according to the Israeli Prison Service.
Numerous remain uncharged while advocacy organizations, as well as the United Nations, document cases involving abuse and torture.
After the teenager's freedom, Mr Kadur said they would maintain their efforts seeking justice for their relative Sayfollah Musallet.
The 20-year-old dual US citizen per medical officials succumbed to assault by Israeli settlers amid clashes last July.
During that period, military authorities reported officials were investigating reports a Palestinian civilian was deceased.
Both young men collaborated in the family ice cream shop from Tampa.
No one has been charged with Sayfollah's killing.
"We anticipate United States leadership to protect our families," family representatives emphasized.
